In the summer of 2023, we sought community engagement to determine priorities. It was important to hear directly from our communities. We are thankful for the voices we heard in the community forums and online survey.
An Area Plan is essential because it identifies the communities we serve, from strengths to opportunities, through the latest data from local, state, and federal agencies. Then, it outlines priorities and how we will address the many needs of a growing demographic.
The 2024-2027 Area Plan is approved and can be found below. Approval involved multiple stakeholders, including the Council of Governments and ALTSA (Aging and Long Term Services Administration).
