Vaccine Info:

Below are links and phone numbers to local public health organizations that are helping with COVID19 Vaccine distribution. If you prefer to speak on the phone or have limited internet access call one of the organizations listed below in your county, or call WA State Department of Health at 1-800-525-0127, press # between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, or 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday

Lewis County

If you need help scheduling a COVID vaccine appointment in Lewis County, arranging a free ride to your vaccine appointment in Lewis County, or if you are home-bound and need to receive a vaccine in your home in Lewis County, please call the Bird’s Eye Medical COVID vaccine hotline at 1- 888-205-1321.  You will need to leave a message and someone will call you back.  Messages left on that line are checked twice daily.
